Sir, I own a car with registration no MH50L6330. On 18th October, I was travelling to Pune by this car. Today (20.10.2020) I received an SMS for E challan for the subject matter. attached Picture. I need to complain that as per the Govt India traffic rules the speed limits for National Highways is 100 Km/hr. Hence, I was not driving above the speed limit, still the E challan is issued.
