Punjab Kesari — For misbehave of deliveryman

I shakuntla devi aged 65 years r/o 41/11-a shanti nagar, hisar haryana. I m continue custmer of punjab kesri since 2009. But now the deliveryman named ashu ([protected]) is paper not send properly, when i asked for this talks with me very roughly laungage. & he also asked me i will i give u paper or not.
I also want to monthly charges of news paper. He charged me 130/- per month. I[censored] want to don't withdrawal the permanent customer from last seven years o[censored]r paper than pls resolution my problem.
