[Resolved]  Punjab National Bank Housing Finance — delayed in housing loan disbursement

Dear sir/madam,

This is to inform you that i have applied for housing loan amount of rs. 1100000/- in pnb housing finance limited, janakpuri branch, new delhi against 02 bhk flat booked under group housing scheme, solera 2 (Signature global). I got the sanction letter and submitted all the necessary documents like 07 post dated cheques, original agreement, tpa & last 03 demand letters including original receipt. I have completed all necessary formalities on time. But pnb housing finance limited not disburse partial amount of rs. 3, 04, 299/- on time. As therefore, it is my humble request to the higher authorities to look into this matter and return back my all original documents. And charge penalty for delayed the case and harass me physically and mentally.
