[Resolved] Punjab National Bank Housing Finance [Pnbhfl] — charging processing fees with false promises

Pnb charged me processing fees for interior without even processing the home loan, the cheques was cleared on 30th jan and the home loan was released to us on 14th feb 2018, when we asked for interior loan they rejected saying we are not eligible and they also didnt refund our processing fees taken for interior loan. Loan number is hou/mrh/0118/481253
