Punjab National Bank Housing Finance [Pnbhfl] — delaying in providing foreclosure for my housing loan

My home loan account no. Hou/kol/1016/322342.
I have applied for foreclosure to close my loan account via email as directed by the pnb housing official of bhubaneswar branch on 7.2.2019. But still now i have not got any confirmation call from pnb housing nor any process towards getting foreclosure. The pnb official said that i will get a call from head office regarding negotiation and then i[censored] consider to close account then u have to deposit money and u will get foreclosure. It will take all total 10 to 15 days. It has been 8 days but no phone calls i have received. I have also contacted the customer care, also i have sent emails but no reply from any pnb housing finance office. Kindly take this matter seriously so that i can get foreclosure in time.
