Punjab National Bank Housing Finance [Pnbhfl] — house loan not disbursed but so much money not returned

One of my loan requests canceled but i have paid lots of money that are not returned.
Initially, i asked the agent to check all the papers from the builder side he confirmed that the papers are good and i will get the house loan definitely and collect around 18000 rs.

This is regarding my home loan hou/gha/0119/637791 not disbursed and canceled but i have paid lots of money.
I have sent many emails but didn't get any response.

Please find below the cheque detail which was debited from my account.

Total amount deducted inr 17850.
Please initiate a refund as my loan has not disbursed and canceled.
I personally visit the branch but they are not treating well called many times no response.
