Dear sir/madam,

I am writing this mail after several discussion with pnb housing finance limited representative to cancel insurance plan associated with my home loan account no : hou/ban/1117/447851.

The insurance policy was taken and attached with the home loan without my consent. This is a case of cheating and fraud with customer. I need your help in resolving this matter before going for any legal proceeding.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. I hope you will consider this request and put it into effect as soon as possible.
