I am transferring my home loan from pnbhousing to other bank due to high, non transparent and descriminatory interest rates . I have requested bank to have closure with two cheques one from the bank as I am transferring the loan and one from me for any balanced amount. PNBHOUSING has denied foreclosure of loan with two cheques and when I asked for logic they are even not bothering to provide reason. We understand from your email that you are facing a challenge in closing the loan owing to our operating procedure. However, as a pre intimation was provided to you through our loan pre-closure statement, we regret to accept multiple cheques at a later date. Also, the loan pre closure statement carried the amount, interest per day etc for ease of calculation for your kind self. Kindly arrange to submit a single cheque and enable us to proceed with the loan closure.
