[Resolved]  Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Amazon refunded but bank had not processed

I order a mobile worth Rs 37990 on 18 june 2021 via order no #[protected]. which was defective which i returned to amazon and they refunded money on 14 july 2021 with refund reference no #30005111691169174153415 but its been 8 days i.e. 14 july 2021 to 22 july 2021 the bank had not processed it. so i kindly request you to look into this matter. thank you

today i got my refund after visiting bank i shared my problem with officials and they say they will look after it and within 3 hours my refund reached to my bank account.
Punjab National Bank [PNB] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
