Punjab National Bank [PNB] — amount debited but amount not credited in respective account

Please note that i had a debit of amount rs. 9500 from my account - [protected] on 02/01/2018 through imps - out/[protected]/sbin0016018/[protected].
The same amount has never been credited to the respective sbi account number - [protected].
Further more, its been close to 3 months now but till today i have not received any assistance or help from my branch manager, online customer support or net banking portal, after filling complaints and requests to all of them. The branch manager of pnb, sector 10a, khandsa road, mr. Manoj kumar says that he is clueless about the transaction and cannot help me in this regard.
Pnb banks are looting people like this and helping people like mr. Neerav modi. I really doubt whether i would get any help after doing all this or not.
