I tried to withdraw 4000 from an atm (In goregaon, mumbai; around 7.00 p. M.) and it showed an error saying "the last transaction was cancelled". But the machine did not dispense any cash and yet the amount was debited from my account.

Please try to resolve the issue as soon as possible because it is the last of my remaining cash.

Rs. 500 atm pay to petrol pump but debited Rs. 1000 from my acct. On the dated 10/03/18 at 18:05:20 rs. 500 and 18:06:35 rs. 500.
