[Resolved] Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Amount debited but payment didn't release from atm or rs. 3000/-

Dear Sir / Madam,

I would like to inform you that i used your bank ATM service to withdraw the amount of Rs.3000/- from my a/c on 25/03/2017 but amount debited from my account and ATM didn't release the payment. I had raised the complained against this at your helpline number. They had provide me the complaint number and told it will take 7 days to resolve this issues.Now, it has been 7 days but there is no reason provided by your backend team that why my account was debited & payment not release from ATM. I requested to you please look into in this matter and resolve this issues ASAP. Required information are mentioned below .
