Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Amount not refund

Hello sir/madam,

My name is jaspreet singh and i have account with you branch [protected] my phone number is [protected].

On[protected] i transfer rs.1400 from my above account to [protected] (Sbi) ifsc code ; sbin0018071. The ifsc code i enter is not this account so receiver not recieve the amount but amount decuted from my account and not refund till now. So please check what is the reason behind it as per my knowledge if ifsc code is wrong or not with account number then amount is refund but in my case its not happen please tell me the reason and solution of this problem.

I highly appeciate if possible from your hand then please do this.
