[Resolved] Punjab National Bank [PNB] — amount of 299 not credited to my account however amazon.in already initiate my refund

My pnb account no:[protected]. I have purchased an item from amazon.in but i cancelled that product however amazon.in initiate my refund on 25sep 2019 but my refund amount 299 in my account still not credited. I have also mailed to [protected]@pnb.co.in and contacted customer care of pnb but they both not listen my concern regarding that issue. Please help me
