Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Amount to be refunded still not credited to my account till a week since it's confirmation

I had to receive my amount on 25/06/2021 after sending from mypustak site. pnb has confirmed the same resulting in generation of refund reference no #[protected] but it's been a week over, the said amount 3450/- still not credited to my account no [protected] till a week. Please look into this matter and resolve this charge dispute at the earliest
