Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Money detected through debit card but third party couldn't receive the money

I have been sent mail two times, but couldn't get any response, on 22 December I was trying to pay jabong through debit card, while transaction money had been detected from my account, but it was not received by jabong team, money was stuck in gateway, it was detected from my account and jabong had not received..Then where is the amount, please help me to get back my amount.

Today I use sbbj atm card at PNB everest colony atm.. My transaction declined but from my account 4500 debit... Please help me.. My account no. [protected]
Response code 070 unable to process is write down on my slip.. Please refund my money in my account...
