Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Careless bank staff | |||
Dear sir/mam I am writing this mail due to careless staff of Punjab national bank and pnb agents in Najafgarh, new Delhi Chawla stand branch - 110043. The issue is that I have opened a Pradhan mantri saving account through authorised pnb agent (Jagdish Arora) the account has been opened and passbook has been issued too but I didn't received debit card due to carelessness of pnb agent or staff I really don't know but when I went to pnb bank they said the agent haven't passed the needful document and when I spoke to agent they said I have completed all the formalities. I wrote one of the mail to pnb mail id but I did not receive any of the particular solution against my problem. So please do the needful for me.
