Punjab National Bank [PNB] — customer care is not tending to my issue regarding failure of refund from myntra | |||||
I bought a product and filed for its return on 9th april. Its been 15 days still no refund. The executives of myntra are saying that they initiated the refund having bank reference no. 30001091009085239028779 and to raise a concern in the bank. So i raised a complaint with reference srn no.[protected]. Can you please see to it that this issue is solved as soon as possible.
