Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Customer dealing behavior is not good

I visited to PNB bank for opening of zero balance account ( branch Jaitpur, badarpur) there was a Lady employee who is responsible for account opening till 12 'O' clock, but she stopped her work at 11:40 even I remind her to open my account you have 20 minutes yet. So she replied me with very bad manner and didn't tell me her name for complain when I asked.
I also informed her I work in out of Delhi and today I have taken leave for my account opening purpose. However she didn't respond me positively and left the bank before time.
I request you to please take a necessary action against her ASAP.
