Bank has frozen my debit account without providing any information. I am staying in Bihar and my Bank account is in New Market, Bhopal(MP). Customer care is asking me to visit Bank home branch even knowing the current Covid situation. I have also linked my Aadhar and PAN details with bank recently.
I have also sent an email to PNB branch requesting to unfreeze my debit account but I have not get any response yet.
I am ready to provide any required documents or application to my near by PNB branch/online.
