Dear sir/madam, I initiated a withdrawal process by pnb debit card (Ending with 5967) in indicash atm machine, near - mg college, gaya, bihar (Atm id - taae6355 and taae6188) on 1st april 2020 at 7 am. Since my account was debited by total rs.21000/- (In four transactions rs.8000/-, rs.5000/-, rs.5000/-, rs.3000/-) but cash was not dispensed. Now today it is 3rd apr 2020 but amount still not reverted in a/c. Therefore i request you to please look after this issue as soon as possible because in this lockdown situation this rs 21000/- amount is how much important, you can understand.
