I pay electricity bill by pnb atm on 7th feb 2018 with paytm but transaction is failed but my account is deducted by 1544 rs then i call pnb coustmer care she ask your refund is receive in 45 days please solve this matter my name is heena dudeja my account no is [protected] & i m live in ganaur city & the pnb is also in ganaur city my ph no is [protected]

My problem is not solved I have no call or a message received by the bank even I should try to call coustmer care of Pnb and his answer is same wait for 45 days so please ask Pnb head to solve my problem
