Punjab National Bank [PNB] — deduction of balance without my knowledge and permission

Sir,
My account [protected] is deducted with 1000 and no transaction details are provided by the branch. The transaction was done by the home branch but that day i am not there. Date -17/03018 transaction details:856418.
So please provide me the reason of that withdrawal with some reason either refund my balance. As i have talked with your customer support officers also they told me to visit the home branch for more details but i am unable to do so please provide the information.

(16.4.2018) today i go to ATM .But my ATM does not working after that i come back to home after some time money deduction massge have come . but my card is not working then why my money deduct from my bank ..
