This is regards to my complaint of balance not updating in my account and rest balance deducting automatically. I have tried reaching you guys via your toll free number but your number is not contacting me to customer service, if they are connecting I am not getting any revert from you guys.
Is this the way how you deal with your customers by making them regret to have account in your bank.
I need my money back asap and without any excuse.
