I purchased Drumstone 3D VR Box, Virtual Reality Headset Version 2.0 With Bluetooth Wireless Remote ₹579 from amazon on 07-Sep-2018 and done full payment by Cash on Delivery but order was return on sep-11-2018 and now amazon is saying that refund has been send to bank. So contact customer service and file charge dispute they had given me a no. reference no. HSBCN[protected]
But customer service is saying they can file nothing like charge dispute and can only check if money came to your account or not.
Same behaviour by branch also.
Don't know what to do pls help

I bought drumstone 3d vr box, virtual reality headset version 2.0 with bluetooth wireless remote controller (assorted colour) rs 579 and i return these product 10/08/2018 but my refund are not come in my account i call amazon care he say your refund amount 579 is receve in your account on 11/08/2018 but not any money come in my accout then so plz help me
