Dear sir/ madam, I have applied for pnb fastag on[protected]. My reference no. A20373 and application no. App0125731. I have received an sms that fastag has been assigned and registered against vehicle no. Ap09cs4154 on 14.12.2019. Fastag id: [protected] As i have not received fastag till date (Even after lapse of 14 working days as promised), i have contacted customer care. To my surprise, i learnt that, yet fastag has not been dispatched. I could not understand where lies the problem in supplying fastag even after almost 60 days of raising the application, that too from a reputed organisation. Never expected such delay from a nationalised bank. As it is now mandatory to use fastag, please do the needful to supply the fastag at the earliest. — g srinivas Was this information helpful? | |
