Punjab National Bank [PNB] — i am complaining about the refunded amount which i haven't received yet

I have ordered a product from amazon and i have done prepayment of that product and suddenly i cancelled the order. So amazon issued my refund of 485 and 160 for sending another defective product. This product irritated my skin so i contacted customer care of amazon they issued the refund of 160 which is the actual cost of the product. These amounts should be reflected by today but i have checked my account it's not showing in my account. It's been more than a week. This same thing happened last year also which had a amount of 470 something but i didn't compained. But it happened again that's why i filed complain. Amazon have already issued the refund as i got the text of these issued amounts but didn't received the issued amounts
