I am abhijeet kumar saha account holder of pnb pakur branch. My account no is [protected]. My refund is not credited to my account yet. And customer care unable to solve my problem. My refund amount is ₹138. Amazon has initiated my refund on 20/09/2019. Bank refund reference id is:[protected]. Please solve my problem i am very frustrated from pnb customer care. I had returned the product having of amount Rs.718 to amazon. against which I have received one part of this amount only. remaining amount of Rs. 570.73 is still pending from amazon to refund having refund reference number 75260829259033212887945 . kindly sort out the issue.
