Punjab National Bank [PNB] — I'm complaining about the transaction made from punjab national bank(PUNB0145300) to State bank of india(SBIN0004097) that has not been completed

Concerned Authorities are Requested to look in to the matter as soon as possible as it has been around 2 weeks that a transaction was made as a part of installment FROM Ajeet kumar Johari's Account whose A/c No is [protected], IFSC code - PUNB0145300, customer No CDW012677

to 3 LOAN ACCOUNTS, the details of which are enlisted below

1. State Bank of India, (Car loan) A/c No [protected], IFSC code SBIN04097 faridabad branch via IMPS, IMPS OUT NO is[protected]
on 27th December 2016 of 21, 000.

2. State Bank of India's (Home loan) A/c No [protected], IFSC code SBIN04097 faridabad branch of 13000, via IMPS, IMPS OUT NO is[protected] on same date.

3. State Bank of India's (Education Loan) A/c No [protected] of 18, 000 IFSC code SBIN04097 faridabad branch via IMPS, IMPS OUT NO is[protected] on[protected].

The status of all the above transaction is unclear, we don't know that whether the money has reached the destination bank or not, on interacting with SBI banking management staff, they are not able to explain the situation as they have not recieved any money.

Banking Management is requested to kindly look into the matter because on daily basis we are recieving calls from the banking customer service and even the letters related to recovery of the amount.
