[Resolved] Punjab National Bank [PNB] — my refund amount is successfully processed by the amazon.com but still i am not received my money in my bank account

Amazon app, i am purchased nu republic dubstep wireless headphones (999 rupes) by the bhim upi, but by mistake canceled my order, i am received 200 rupes cash back in amazon pay wallet, my remaining amount (799 rupes) amazon send to my bank account 02/9/2019 today is 10/9/2019 but still i am not received my money in my bank account amazon also share refund reference number but still bank not help they only tell contact amazon.com
