Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Not refund credited yet | |
My name is rohit kumar and i had ordered mobile with exchange offer of rs. Amount 15899 in amazon on (25/09/2020) and after that i canceled this order due to personal reason on same day. And on 25/09/2020, amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money(15849 received but not 50 of exchange service). Amazon sent this reference number # 766425 and told me to fill charge dispute form but pnb site shows always error, and even they don't work on it after talking to customer care..
