Punjab National Bank [PNB] — otp function not working for debit card

I have not been able to use my debit card for over six months now as i do not receive the otp number. Have written numerous emails to the bank and have complained to the phone customer service but the problem still persists. I am unable to do a simple thing as topping up my phone. This is not the first time that i am having such problems with this bank. Whenever i have gone to make any kind of transaction the problem about the otp number comes up. It is extremely frustrating that i continue to have these problems. Can somebody help in sorting out this issue?

I have done a imps, money got deducted but the status shows as suspect.ita been more than 8 hours.my reference id is[protected].
