Hello, my name is Kiran. While iam using PNB online banking system, everything goes fine upto OTP. I cant complete a transaction due to OTP reception in my registered mobile number. This issue has became more severe after PNB has made some upgradation. Probably they would be using a comparably slow server. Most of the time OTP will be received on next day or after many hours. Hope that this matter will be sorted out. Otherwise we have to choose another bank, because in this digital banking era, if PNB running behind technology, it will be very pathetic...
