Punjab National Bank [PNB] — payment debited from account but not credited in payee account

I have made an transaction on 07/11/2017 from my saving a/c no. [protected] of rs, 6075.86, but this amount not credited in payee account till today, please reverse this transaction in my a/c.
I have received sr no. A[protected] on 14 november 2017, but till today i have not received amount back in our a/c. Customer care is not responding properly.
