Punjab National Bank [PNB] — payment not received/refund not processed

Hello,

I have not received my refund for an item purchased by AMAZON of amount 274.00; dated 05/10/2019

AMAZON customer care told me that we have already processed your refund on 05/10/2019, they have given this reference number:

Refund Reference #[protected] Seller(AMAZON)

But till now it is not credit into my bank account. Moreover, PNB customer care also not helping me.

Kindly look into this matter
