[Resolved] Punjab National Bank [PNB] — pnb money stuck in atm machine

I am md aamir i have my account in punjab national bank, moga punjab on 1st february ij withdrawl 10000 from pnb atm from bhopal parihar chowraha but the atm got hanged and the money didn't came out. I had registered a complaint of 10000 rupees which got stuck in atm machine during the transaction, i immediately call customer care of punjab national bank they gave me complaint number and respond that i'll get back the amount in 7 working days, but now they are saying that my request is in process its already too late.
Its my humble request you to solve my problem, tell me the alternative or to check the video coverage of that day so that i can get my money back.
