Punjab National Bank [PNB] — processing fee deducted - no sanction letter issued

I have applied for home loan through pnb bank via my registered mobile no. [protected]. I have submitted each and every document required by the bank to process the loan. Though they have deducted amount of rs. 5900 from my account they came up with reason they are unable to issue the loan and neither they will refund the fee. Its an unethical practice used by pnb bank to harrase needy person and extort money.

Updated by Shaikh Abdul Mateen It has been 20 days posting complaint.. And still yet to receive call from pnb representative about the complaint.. Also the relationship manager of Panvel branch is unresponsive and irresponsible to take initiative to close the case. He is not getting time to take photo of client at office. Does he require more than a month to visit office to take verification photo at client office at cst? Looking for update
