[Resolved]  Punjab National Bank [PNB] — refund amount that has not been deposited yet

I did a transaction of rs.6662.0 through phonepe app through pnb debit card for electricity bill on date 01/02/2019. Bill payment with the transaction id: n1902011626371542414337 of 6662.0 failed because the service provider was unable to process the request due to some temporary technical issues at their side. The amount was debited from my account and i complained about the refund on the phonepe customer support service to which they replied that the refund is initiated and the amount will be deposited in the account by 08/02/2019 but my refund has not yet been deposited. The transaction id for refund process is t1902011633394128751550.
