Punjab National Bank [PNB] — refund from ajio shopping app

On ajio app it shows my refund should reflect in my bank account but it’s not. They have given me tracking number and have asked me to contact the bank. I ordered shoe from the app and returned them it is been more than 7-8 days since my refund was initiated on the app. I don’t know how to track my refund from pnb bank.
