[Resolved] Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Refund from Amazon did not reflect in my account | |
I ordered a Morphy Richards OTG 60L from Amazon on 21st January 2021 for 14, 899/- but had to replace it due to manufacturing defect. Got my machine replacedon 8th February 2021 but even that machine had a broken base so ultimately had to return it. According to Amazon, they refunded my money on 9th February 2021 but the amount hasn't been credited in my account yet. They gave me a RRN but PNB customer care told me that they cannot do anything about it and it should be dealt by Amazon only. Kindly look into the matter. Mar 1, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved I am not sure about the steps taken to resolve my problem. I posted this complaint before as well but it wasn't sorted. Today I submitted the same complaint again and fortunately it was resolved today itself. I also emailed the PNB Complaint Desk so I am not sure if that worked or this.
