[Resolved] Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Refund initiated by Amazon but not received | |
Dear Consumer court, Please help me, I returned a product to Amazon, on 30 Jan 2021.Order no:[protected] After that Amazon started making stories, your refund is initiated 1 Feb 2021 Amazon provided me reference number or transaction I'd which is:- 30005110251025162901666 Amazon said me to contact my bank while providing this refference number why I have not received payment till now Anyways I contacted my bank and provided this reference number to PNB but they are not doing anything and not replying to my mails Consumer court, please help me to give my money Rs 9049 from PNB or Amazon, they are making a fraud with me.
