[Resolved] Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Refund initiated by Amazon India but not Received in bank | |
Hello, Amzaon India has refunded me rs 918/- in my bank account. My bank account was united bank of india which is now PNB. Amazon has initiated my refund on 27th dec. 2020 and given to me Refund Reference Number, then i talked to customer service of PNB and they said no amount in there to be received in you bank account. maine amazon se saman mangwaya tha and woh 19 january 2021 ko return kar diya tha and uska refund aana tha and amazon wale keh rahe h ki unhone 24 january 2021 ko aapka refund kar diya h.. but mere PNB account mey amount credit nahi hua h... koi bataye kaise refund aayega mere account mey
