[Resolved]  Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Refund initiated by Amazon India but not Received in bank

Hello,
Amazon India has refunded me Rs 142/- in my bank account.
My bank account was united bank of india which is now PNB.
Amazon has initiated my refund on 31st dec. 2020 and given to me Refund Reference Number, then i talked to customer service of PNB and they said no amount in there to be received in you bank account.
I am just helpless
