Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Refund initiated by IRCTC but still not receive in my bank account. | |||
I am Sagar Gupta. I had booked a ticket HWH KIR Special (Howrah Junction to Khaltipur Junction) ( PNR no.-[protected]) on 25/08/2021 from IRCTC Website & on 28/08/2021 I cancelled my ticket due to personal reason. And on 30/08/2021 IRCTC initiated the amount to my card but I still don't get the money. I contacted IRCTC Customer Care and they gave me the Refund Reference Number([protected]).So please kindly respond to this complaint. It is very urgent. Was this information helpful? | |||
