[Resolved] Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Refund is made by Spencers but my bank is not reflecting the credit amount in my Account | |
I ordered goods and paid online from Spencer on 25th jan which got cancelled the same day from there side.I applied for refund from them which is initiated and refunded by them per the mail. It's been more than 25days, my acct is not credited yet.Here I disclose the proof of transaction from their end(Spencers). Razorpay has also approved that the refund is made but my bank is not reflecting the transaction. I had contact PNB branch and customer care. No proper response and my problem not yet resolve.The bank says there is no charge dispute facility.They are not helping me in any way Please resolve my issue.
