[Resolved] Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Refund not credit in my account | |||
I had ordered one Samsung 275L 3 Star Inverter Frost Free Double Door Refrigerator (RT30T3743S9/HL, Refined Inox, Convertible) from Amazon ) on 08.11. 2020 and the payment of Rs. 25030 was done by me through Punjab National Bank Debit Card last four digit number ****2823 linked with Account number [protected]) but after few minutes I had cancelled my order. The expected date of the refund was 13.11.2020 till date no refund was credited into my account (debit Card last four digit number ****2823 linked with Account number [protected]). I have made several calls to Amazon customer care and PNB bank customer care regarding this. The site of Amazon shows that the amount has been credited but i have not received any amount in Bank (debit Card last four digit number ****2823 linked with Account number [protected]). The Account statement is enclosed as proof. It is requested to your good self that kindly solve my problem. Was this information helpful? | |||
