Punjab National Bank [PNB] — refund not credited to bank account | |
Booked a train ticket from paytm on 30 march of 305rs. But my train got cancelled i requested for refund to paytm and it get processed by paytm in to my bank account 2 days before but till now it is not reflected in my account i have complained to customer service many times but they are not solving my problem and only telling about account balance

Sir, i have requested for my account balance deduction. sir using my atm card i transact of rs 2500 for atm and money cannot get out instead the atm machine say time out . but money can deducted from my account pease help and refund it
