[Resolved]  Punjab National Bank [PNB] — refund not processed

My name is kamal sourav and i have ordered samsung m31 smartphone of rupees 16499 with exchange value of 2900. So, i made payement of[protected] on amazon on date 25 july 2020. The exhange couldn't happened and the product was returned as the delivery guy refused to exchange the old phone. And on 28 july 2020 amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon has sent this reference number #75503720210041203790495 and told me to fill the charge dispute form but pnb bank doesn't have such policy. So, please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent in this time of crisis.
