Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Refund not received | |
I had made a purchase for 2448 for 2 items from Amazon on 17th October 2020 from my debit card. Out of the order I had cancelled one 1 item of rs. 1999 the same day. I have not received the refund for it yet. The Bank claims no held up amount and the Amazon has given me reference no. 020717. They say they can't do anything more and I am free to charge dispute for it with the bank. The customer tells me that they can't do anything with the reference no. Was this information helpful? | |
