Sign in Punjab National Bank [PNB] — refund not received due to closed account | |
My account was closed in 15 jan 2019. My refund of 11999/- was initiated in 16 jan 2019 from amazon. Amazon has also given reference number, yet pnb branch and customer care is not helping. I contacted the amazon they said money is sent to bank, but bank is denying any transaction of 11999/- paid to them. Bank is also not co operating. Txn id[protected] | |
